POLICIES: All of our rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated in our Two Bedroom Suites at an additional rate of $25 per person per night. Please inquire via phone or email. State & local occupancy tax is extra.
Deposits: Reservations for one, two or three nights require a full deposit via major credit card which is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations of four nights or more a three night deposit is required with the balance being automatically charged to the credit card on file 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations 14 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Check-in: 3pm - 7pm Check-out: 10am.
Late Arrival: We are happy to accommodate late arrivals and you may arrive anytime you please. Guests arriving after 8pm will receive an envelope with a welcome letter with details of the amenities, directions to their room and of course room keys. There is an 'after-hours' number to call if you have an emergency. These envelopes will be in the white mailbox in front of the Silver Airstream Office.
Smoking: The Cove Bluffs Inn is a smoke-free environment.
Excessive Cleaning / Damage: In the rare event that a room or its contents are damaged due to extreme guest negligence or evidence of smoking in the rooms, we must assess a cleaning or replacement charge not to exceed $200.
Additional Guests Policy: There is a $25 per night charge for more than two guests in our Two Bedroom Suites. Children under 10 stay for free in the same room as their parents and utilizing the existing bedding. Only our Two Bedroom Suites are able to accommodate additional guests, please contact the Inn so we can make you as comfortable as possible. Due to noise factors we are unable to accommodate children under 5.
Pet Policy: Our pet fee is $50 per stay regardless of length of stay. Maximum of two pets. Our two King Studio Suites are our only pet friendly rooms, please double check that you have that room type reserved or you will be asked to make other arrangements for your pets. Please keep your pet crated when you are not in the room and let our staff know if your pet will be alone in the room during the housekeeping hours of 10am - 2pm.
